Reprisals and the International Criminal Court

Reprisals page from the haggadah

Historically, threat of reprisals and revenge has been the way countries protect themselves from their neighbors. But recently, the International Criminal Court was established to make sure people who commit the most serious of crimes can be brought to justice. This page asks whether impartial and effective international justice is possible, or if threat of reprisals must always remain the method countries use to protect their citizens.
